Affordable Pass Program Expanded in Leamington

Eligible Leamington residents are now able to take advantage of the Affordable Pass Program (APP) and purchase subsidized bus fares for LTGO On-Demand Transit. The APP subsidizes residents living in low-income households at a discounted rate of 50% before taxes. Residents can apply for or learn more about the APP in person at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre (249 Sherk Street, Leamington) or apply online.

The Affordable Pass Program is funded through Pathway to Potential (P2P). P2P is a poverty reduction strategy for the Windsor-Essex region and is funded by the City of Windsor and the County of Essex. Through the Affordable Pass Program, P2P and the Municipality of Leamington have partnered to advance affordability for Leamington residents living in low-income situations.
