The Municipality is responsible for the maintenance, rehabilitation, and new construction on all roads and road related public infrastructure. The links below contain information to a variety of transportation and road topics of interest to Leamington residents.

• Roads and Road closures.
  • Please note, Highway 77 and Highway 3 in the Municipality of Leamington are under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO). The Municipality of Leamington has no jurisdiction over those two roadways.

• Parking lots - Leamington municipal parking includes the Municipal Building (111 Erie St N), along with expanded parking on Robson Road and the Princess Street parking lot.
  • Key Municipal Parking Areas:
    • Municipal Building Lot: 111 Erie Street North.
    • Waterfront District: Increased parking is available on Robson Road.
    • Princess Street: Parking lot located at 33 Princess Street.
    • Waterfront Market Plaza: Ongoing expansion at the foot of Erie Street South to increase capacity.
