The Municipality of Leamington is committed to providing quality sport and recreation programs for children that promote healthy growth and development. Our programs are designed to be age appropriate, safe and fun. To ensure activities are of the highest quality, we incorporate the High Five principles of healthy child development into our Day Camp programs. All of our counsellors are First Aid/CPR C certified and High Five trained. We maintain a 10:1 camper to counsellor ratio.
Day Camp programs and activities at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre (NFFRC) include physical activity, outdoor play, ice skating, swimming, crafts, cooking, science experiments, field trips, and more! Our programs are age-specific and aid in promoting creativity, teamwork and friendship. View our weekly theme schedules below!
Please note that registrations made on the day of the program are subject to an additional $10.00 fee per child.

Camp activities begin promptly at 9:00 AM each morning. Campers can begin arriving for camp at 8:00 AM. Our regular day ends at 4:00 PM daily with pick-up by 5:00 PM. There is an $10.00 fee per family for early drop-off or late pick up. You must register ahead of time if you require extended hours.
Emergency Contact Information and Behavioral Standards
Ensure all of your camper’s emergency contact information is up to date and all registration forms are complete prior to attending camp.
Day Camp Behavioral Standards
The Municipality of Leamington reserves the right to ask parents/guardians to withdraw their children from the program if basic behavioral expectations are not met. It is our goal to provide a healthy, safe and secure environment for all campers.
It is mandatory for a parent or guardian to escort campers in and out of the NFFRC during drop off and pick up. Day Campers must be signed in and out with our Day Camp Staff at our table located in the lobby. No one other than those individuals designated on your Camper Registration Form will be allowed to pick up your child. Please keep all your forms up to date and notify staff if a change is needed. To keep everyone safe, you may be asked to show picture identification during pick up.
Please call the NFFRC if your Camper is unable to attend camp.

ePACT - Enrolment is Mandatory
We use an online Day Camp Information system called ePACT. ePACT offers a contactless, paperless method for us to securely collect, manage and access essential participant information and updates. This includes emergency contact information, medical forms, waivers, consent forms and personal health and safety needs. ePACT ensures we have a way to contact you in the event of an illness, injury, or other emergency.
With ePACT, you will only need to enter your child’s information once, regardless of how many days he/she will be attending. Information entered is secure and can be updated at any time. Parents/guardians will be required to upload photos of their child and their approved pick-up contacts directly to ePACT.
All invitations to ePACT will automatically be sent with your initial registration in our summer Day Camp program. Parents will need to create an account if they haven’t already signed up for an account in previous years.
