Gymnasium
The Nature Fresh Farm Recreation centre houses an indoor walking/jogging track, full gymnasium and raquetball/squash courts.

Membership or Drop-in rates apply. The NFFRC is currently only accepting Debit or Credit transactions.

Walking Track
The Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre walking track consists of three lanes overlooking the gymnasium. The track provides a 120m loop on a smooth surface and climate controlled area for safe walking. Please note, strollers are not permitted on the walking track.

Racquetball & Squash Courts
One of Southwestern Ontario's largest Racquetball and Squash facilities, the NFFRC hosts clubs, individual rentals, and tournament play.
