Community Calendar

To submit an event, you’ll need to create an account and follow the submission guidelines below.

We ask that all submissions:

• Be primarily related to an event held within the Municipality of Leamington. Exceptions may be made for events organized by Leamington-based charities or not-for-profits, especially if they have significant local impact or benefit.
• Represent a charitable or not-for-profit community-based event
• Be submitted at least 10 business days before the event date
• Fit into one of our available calendar categories

To maintain the integrity and purpose of our calendar, the following submissions are not permitted:

• Commercial or private sector promotions
• Events related to political parties, elected representatives or candidates from any level of government and/or partisan organizations or related to an issue that is or is likely to be politically charged or divisive
• Religious organizations, gatherings or events
• Events limited to members of an organization or closed to the public
• Solicitations of any kind

The Municipality of Leamington reviews all event submissions. While we aim to review events within 48 to 72 business hours, please note that submitting your event does not guarantee its inclusion on the calendar.

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or deny any event submission
• Edit submissions for clarity, language, or accuracy
• Limit the number of posts from the same organization
• Decline submissions that are offensive, inappropriate, or not in the public’s interest
