All boaters from the previous season will be allowed first right of renewal on leasing a dock for the next year. Contracts are mailed out in September of each year. Signed lease agreement must be submitted prior to November 1 to secure your dock. Payment is due on or before February 1. Payments received after February 1, will be subject to dock availability. Please view Renewal Procedures below for more information. Any boaters not returning, kindly notify us as soon as possible at 519-326-0834.
Boaters are required to return the documents listed below to secure a slip. Failure to return all required information by the noted due dates will result in loss of slip.
Full Payment: Due February 1, 2026
- Full payment is due either by one post-dated cheque or by online payment.
- One cheque in full, payable to The Municipality of Leamington.
Mail forms to: A signed lease agreement and post-dated payment can also be dropped off to the Leamington Marina office prior to closing date, or mailed to:
