2026 Pavilion Rentals
How to rent the Leamington Pavilion:
The first step in the process is to review the Special Event Guide and relevant appendices and then complete the pavilion rental application form. This will assist event organizers in determining what licences, permits, etc. are required in order to hold a Special Event in the Municipality of Leamington. The Marina Pavilion is primarily used for marina and community special events, but may also be rented for fundraising, baby/bridal showers, family reunions, church and school functions. Wedding ceremonies and receptions, engagement parties, stag and does and bachelor/bachelorette type parties are not permitted. All rentals must purchase and provide a copy of insurance for their event.
Pavilion rentals include:
All rentals include tables and chairs, fridges, a portable hot water sink and one side has a bandstand area. A natural gas barbeque unit is also available. There is seating outside on the back deck adjacent to the lake for 150 additional guests. The facility is not temperature controlled. All table linens, chair coverings, cutlery, plates and serving dishes are the responsibility of the renter. There is no kitchen area and washrooms are accessed from the marina main office.
Rates:
Half day (<6 Hours) - $275 + tax
Full Day - $400 + tax
All events are required to have insurance, a quote can be provided by the municipality or a third Party provider
