The Leamington Marina Pavilion offers a unique waterfront setting for private gatherings, celebrations, and community events in the heart of Leamington’s waterfront district.
Rental Information
- The pavilion is available for seasonal rentals from May 1 to October 1, daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, subject to availability.
- Maximum occupancy is 100 people.
- Due to high activity levels in Leamington’s waterfront district, parking is limited, particularly on weekends and during special events.
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. View our Waterfront District Municipal Parking Map.
- Guests are encouraged to carpool or consider using the LT-Go transit system where possible.
- Please review the Waterfront District Municipal Parking Map prior to your event.
Rates and Cancellations
- Half-Day Rental (less than 6 hours): $275 plus tax
- Full-Day Rental: $400 plus tax
- Natural gas barbecue rental: $55 plus tax
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to the event date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the pavilion rental cost.
- Cancellations made within two weeks of the event date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the pavilion rental cost.
- Cancellations made on the day of the event are non-refundable.

- Refrigerators
- Portable hot water sink
- Bandstand/performance area
- Outdoor deck seating overlooking Lake Erie
Additional rental option:
- Natural gas barbecue: $55 plus tax
Please note:
- The facility is not temperature controlled.
- There is no kitchen on site.
- Portable washrooms are available on site for the convenience of pavilion guests. Please note that access to the washrooms in the Marina building is not included with the pavilion rental.
- Renters are responsible for supplying all linens, chair covers, cutlery, plates, serving ware, and other event-related items.
- Renters are responsible for cleaning the pavilion following their event, and all cleanup must be completed by 9:00 PM.
- A cleanup fee of $115 will be charged if the facility is not left in a clean and acceptable condition.
- All renters are required to obtain event insurance and provide proof of coverage prior to their rental date. Insurance may be arranged independently or purchased through the Municipality, where applicable.

These documents will help determine any permits, licences, insurance requirements, or approvals that may be required for your event.
