Certified Personal Trainers
Jumpstart your fitness journey with our certified personal trainers at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre (NFFRC). Each training session is custom-designed to suit your unique fitness needs and goals. Please note the following guidelines for personal training sessions:
- Personal training passes are for individual use and cannot be shared, except for sessions purchased as group training.
- Sessions must be used within one year of purchase.
- Team training sessions are available.
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the session

Certified Personal Nutrition and Wellness Coaches
Discover a healthier you with our personalized nutrition and wellness training, available exclusively in private and individual settings. Our certified coaches will assess your current wellness status, nutrition needs, and physical activity. Each session is tailored to help you achieve your personal health goals. For optimal use of our specialized evaluation tools, we recommend a minimum of two sessions.
