Council Considers – February 11, 2025

At the Leamington Council meeting of February 11, 2025, Council will:

• Hold a public meeting under the Planning Act to consider:
  • A by-law to rezone a portion of 409 Talbot Street West to allow for a liquid soil reuse facility.
  • Severing 376 square metres of land to be added to the adjacent property at 479 Talbot Road East.
  • A by-law to rezone the severed lands at 483 Talbot Road East from Agricultural General Zone to Agricultural Residential Zone.
• Consider a report regarding parkland dedication.

• Consider entering into a renewed licence agreement with Maryvale Adolescent and Family Services for the use of space in the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre.
