Council Considers – November 25, 2025

At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday November 25, 2025, Council will:

• Consider approving an additional amount of $107,842 (excluding HST) to Nevan Construction Inc. for the completion of the Mersea Road D Bank Stabilization Project.

• Consider approving an additional amount of $71,015.62 (excluding HST) to Rapid Drainage Ltd. for the completion of additional works required to complete the Watermain Replacement and Asphalt Resurfacing project on Maxon Avenue, Sherman Street, James Street and a portion of Wigle Street.

• Consider amending the Policy for the Establishment and Dissolution of Agencies, Boards and Committees in response to the expansion of Strong Mayor Powers to Leamington.

• Consider an Agreement with the Municipality of Lakeshore regarding Trail Improvements on CWATS Trail “Leamington 32” that runs Northeast from County Rd. 8 near Staples to South Middle Road near Highway 77.

• Consider a three-year extension agreement for 2-Way Radio & GPS services from SkyMobile at a cost of $142,740.00 (including HST).
