Council Considers – October 20, 2026

At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, October 20, 2026, Council will consider:

• A Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) to rezone 97-99 Seacliff Drive West from a Residential Six Exception Three (R6-3) zone to the Residential Six Exception Six (R6-6) zone, the Residential Six Exception Seven (R6-7) zone, and the Residential Six Exception Eight (R6-8) zone.
• Approving the 2025 audited consolidated financial statements for the Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington.
• Receiving the 2025 Year End Financials.
• Approving the purchase of one 2026 544P John Deere Articulating Wheel Loader in the amount of $339,500 (plus HST) from Brandt Tractor Ltd, Oldcastle, ON.
• Adopting a new Purchasing Policy.
• Affirming the closure of Gold Coast Road.
