Notice of Passing of Cemetery By-law 52-26

At its meeting on September 8, 2026, Leamington Council passed Cemetery By-law 52-26 and approved the associated fees to permit the sale of interment rights for niches in the new columbarium at Bayview Cemetery.

Cemetery By-law 52-26 has received approval from the Registrar of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario in accordance with the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002 and Ontario Regulation 30/11.
