Notice of Public Meeting to consider Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) #381 for 97-99 Seacliff Drive West
Leamington Council will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM to consider Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) application #381 at the Leamington Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 111 Erie Street North, Leamington, Ontario, N8H-2Z9.
The meeting may be viewed in person at the Leamington Municipal Building or live online at leamington.ca/live.
Purpose: The Purpose and effect of ZBA 381 is to rezone the subject lands from a Residential Six Exception Three (R6-3) zone to a Residential Six Exception Six (R6-6) zone, a Residential Six Exception Seven (R6-7) zone and a Residential Six Exception Eight (R6-8) zone to implement site specific zoning regulations to permit a mixed use residential and commercial development. Appeal Information: If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington to the Ontario Land Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington before the by-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.
