Notice of Temporary Road and Trail Closure - Sewer Repair and Restoration Work – MCR Drive

The Municipality of Leamington will be undertaking sewer repair and restoration work on MCR Drive between Askew Street and Talbot Street West.

Beginning Tuesday, October 21, 2025, MCR Drive will be temporarily closed between Askew Street and Talbot Street West. The Leamington Municipal Trail, located between Oak Street West and Talbot Street West, will also be closed to allow for the work to be completed.

These closures are expected to remain in effect until mid-December, weather permitting.

Closure Details

• The Leamington Municipal Trail will be fully closed for the duration of construction.
• MCR Drive will be open to local traffic only, with local access from Talbot Street West only.
• The intersection of MCR Drive and Askew Street will be fully closed to vehicular traffic.
