Project Update: Sewer Separation and Road Reconstruction on Queens, John, Albert, Baird & Elliott

The Municipality of Leamington is providing an update on the ongoing sewer separation and road reconstruction project affecting Queens Avenue, John Street, Albert Street, Baird Avenue, and Elliott Street.

Queens Avenue, John Street, Albert Street, and Baird Avenue are now open to local through traffic. Paving on these streets is anticipated to begin the week of October 27, weather permitting.

Elliott Street, from Smith Avenue to Talbot Street West, remains closed while construction continues.

Motorists are reminded to obey all posted traffic signs and to drive with caution through the work area.

The Municipality appreciates the continued patience and cooperation of residents and businesses as these important infrastructure upgrades are completed.
