Temporary Parking Lot Entrance Closure at Talbot Street West and Armstrong Drive

The Municipality of Leamington is advising residents and motorists of a temporary parking lot entrance closure to accommodate the installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Talbot Street West and Armstrong Drive.

Beginning the week of October 26, 2026, the Leamington Medical Village parking lot entrance on the north side of the Talbot Street West and Armstrong Drive intersection will be closed for approximately four weeks to accommodate construction.

During the closure, motorists will be directed to access the parking lot via Nancy Avenue. Detour signage will guide motorists.

Motorists should anticipate increased traffic volumes on Johnson Avenue as vehicles are redirected through the area.

Residents and motorists are reminded to exercise caution near construction areas, follow posted signage, and maintain a safe distance from construction equipment and activities.
