Notice of Public Meeting to consider Zoning By-law Amendment 378 for Vacant Land South East of Bevel Line

Leamington Council will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM to consider Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) application 378 at the Leamington Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 111 Erie Street North, Leamington, Ontario, N8H-2Z9.

Purpose:
The Purpose and effect of ZBA 378 is to establish new zoning provisions for the construction of semi-detached dwellings and single-unit attached (townhouse) dwellings within the approved subdivision. Full details of the amendment can be found in the attached public notice document.

This application was submitted with a Functional Servicing Memo supporting the changes which is available upon request.

Appeal Information:
If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington to the Ontario Land Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington before the by-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.
