Leamington Marina

Leamington Marina is a deep water, premier marina located in South West Ontario on beautiful Lake Erie. With 292 slips the Leamington Marina can offer any size dock - from personal water crafts to vessels over 75 feet. All docks are constructed of a state of the art floating pier system and are equipped for Municipal water hook-up, electricity, and WiFi, with all slips fully serviced and protected from Lake Erie by an outer breakwall.

Dock renewals for 2025 season

All boaters from the previous season will be allowed first right of renewal on leasing a dock for the next year. Contracts are mailed out in September of each year. Signed lease agreement must be submitted prior to November 1 to secure your dock. Payment is due on or before February 1. Payments received after February 1, will be subject to dock availability. Please view Renewal Procedures below for more information. Boaters not returning, kindly notify us as soon as possible at 519-326-0834.

Boaters are required to return the documents listed below to secure a slip. Failure to return all required information by the noted due dates will result in loss of slip.

Important Dates - Due November 30, 2024:

A signed copy of the Marina Lease Agreement.
A signed copy of the Municipal Contract Terms and Conditions.
A copy of your insurance upon its renewal date.

Full Payment: Due February 1, 2025

Full payment is due either by one post-dated cheque or by online payment.
- One cheque in full, payable to The Municipality of Leamington.

Renewal Procedures:

Boaters must return the following documents to secure a slip. Failure to return all required information by the noted due dates will result in loss of slip.

Full Payment is due February 1 each year:

Full payment is due either by one post-dated cheque or by online payment.
- One cheque in full, payable to The Municipality of Leamington.

Mail forms to: A signed lease agreement and post-dated payment can be dropped off to the Leamington Marina office prior to closing date, or mailed to the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre (NFFRC) at 249 Sherk Street, Leamington, ON N8H 4X7. Alternatively, we have a drop box located at the NFFRC's main doors.
