The Uptown Leamington Business Improvement Area was created by by-law to beautify, maintain and promote the Uptown area as a business or shopping area. There are two members of Council (Councillor Jones and Councillor Wilkinson) appointed to the Board of Directors, who meet as required.

Annual General Meeting for Members
Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 8:00 AM

The Leamington Uptown Business Improvement Area (BIA) Board of Management represents over 200 businesses in the BIA defined area. The mandate of the BIA is to develop the uptown core through beautification, general improvements and upgrades, promotion, events and marketing.

As a member of the Uptown Leamington Business Improvement Area (BIA), you are invited to attend the upcoming Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 8:00 AM. The meeting will be held virtually through Zoom. You must register in advance by calling the Municipality of Leamington at 519-326-5761 during office hours or by emailing by Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 12:00 PM.

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to participate in the decisions that your BIA is making on our behalf. We look forward to you attending the meeting to learn more about the improvements being made within your business area.
