BIA Board of Management
The Uptown Leamington Business Improvement Area was created by Council by the approval of by-law 3007, 323-13, 3022, and 04-21 and includes over 200 businesses in the BIA defined area. The mandate of the BIA is to develop the uptown core through beautification, general improvements and upgrades, promotion, events and marketing.

Board Member Vacancy
The Municipality of Leamington is seeking applications to fill three Board Director positions for the Uptown Leamington Business Improvement Area (BIA) Board of Management for the current term ending November 14, 2026. Committee Composition |
The BIA Board of Directors consists of nine (9) Directors appointed by Council as follows: a) two members of Council; b) the remaining Directors selected by a vote of the Members of the BIA and recommended for appointment to Council. Non-voting members include Wendy Parsons of the Leamington Chamber of Commerce and Katherine Albuquerque of the Bank Theatre. BIA Board of Management Directors
