BIA Board of Management

The Uptown Leamington Business Improvement Area was created by Council by the approval of by-law 3007, 323-13, 3022, and 04-21 and includes over 200 businesses in the BIA defined area. The mandate of the BIA is to develop the uptown core through beautification, general improvements and upgrades, promotion, events and marketing.

Board Member Vacancy

The Uptown Leamington Business Improvement Area is seeking applications to fill two Board Director positions for their Board of Management for the current term ending November 14, 2026. Any interested persons may contact the BIA Coordinator at coordinator@leamingtonbia.ca for an application or more information.

The BIA Board of Directors consists of nine (9) Directors appointed by Council as follows:

a)     two members of Council;

b)     the remaining Directors selected by a vote of the Members of the BIA and recommended for appointment to Council.
