Oak Street West Paving and Line Painting
A contractor working on behalf of the Municipality of Leamington will be completing final roadwork on Oak Street West from Fraser Avenue to White Street as follows:
- Saturday, September 6 and Sunday, September 7, 2025 – Placement of the final course of asphalt.
- Beginning Monday, September 8, 2025 – Line painting will begin and is expected to be completed by Monday, September 15, 2025, weather permitting.

Council Matters – August 12, 2025At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, August 12, 2025, Council:
- Adopted an engineer’s report for a new access bridge over the South Dales Drain – 9th Concession Branch; authorized the works to be tendered; and approved the scheduling of a Court of Revision. Council also approved a by-law to provide for the new access bridge over the South Dales Drain.
Notice of Meeting Cancellation – Subdivision Application SUB-01-25Please be advised that the public meeting previously scheduled for August 12, 2025, regarding subdivision application SUB-01-25, has been cancelled.

Precautionary Boil Water Advisory LiftedDr. Mehdi Aloosh, Medical Officer of Health for the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, has rescinded the Precautionary Boil Water Advisory issued on July 8, 2025, for waterline consumers serviced by the Union Water Supply System in the Municipality of Leamington.
