Facility rentals are available for sport tournaments, tradeshows, and corporate events.
- Gymnasium - seats approximately 1200 people. Great for tradeshows, tournaments, graduation ceremonies, meetings and special events.
- Arena Meeting Room - seats approximately 40 people.
- Sherk Auditorium - seats approximately 150 people.
- Racquetball and Squash Courts - great for youth and school groups.
- Fitness and Indoor Cycling Studio - exercise and have fun at your next event.

Whether it’s soccer, baseball, softball, or beach volleyball, we have the perfect spot for your game!
The Municipality of Leamington offers several outdoor sports facilities, with all municipal-owned fields and diamonds carefully maintained.
Important Details:
- All sports field bookings must be made in advance.
- Fields are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Planning a tournament? Provide as much notice as possible to secure your booking and ensure the fields are prepared.

| Baseball Diamonds |
- Kinsmen Ball Diamonds - located on Seacliff Drive East is home to eight diamonds, hardball and softball. Washrooms and field lighting are available.
- Mersea Park Ball Diamonds - located on Point Pelee Drive is home to two softball diamonds. Washrooms are available.

| Soccer Pitches |
- Pure Flavor® Soccer Complex - located on the corner of Mersea Road 2 and Mersea Road 12. There are nine soccer pitches.

| Beach Volleyball Courts |
- There are several different user groups at these facilities. The facilities can be rented either for the day or for an entire season!

Pavilion Rentals (Picnic Shelter)

Pavilion rentals for Seacliff Park and Mersea Park West and East will be available for booking starting at 9:00 AM on March 31, 2025.
Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bookings can be made:

Choose from three exciting birthday party options for your child, with space for up to 24 guests. Options include:

A dedicated party attendant will assist with activities, supervise guests, and help with cake and presents. They’ll also handle cleanup, making your party stress-free.

Details:
The Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre Swim Admission Policy must be followed at all times:
- Children 7 years-old and under must be within arms reach of an adult aged 14+ at all times (maximum 3 children per adult).
- Children ages 8-9 must have an adult present in the pool area.
- All individuals wishing to enter deep water must complete a swim test.
- Small personal flotation devices are allowed; large party floaties are not permitted in the pool.
- No decorations are allowed in the pool area.

Make a splash with a Wibit Birthday Party at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre! Our inflatable obstacle course transforms the lap pool into an action-packed aquatic adventure, where guests can climb, slide, and bounce their way through an unforgettable celebration.
We offer two Wibit options: the tower and __second option__. Please note that only one option will be available per party booking.

Gymnasium Party
|
|
 Your child will enjoy one hour in a party room with a party attendant and one hour of gym game fun!
Available activities include gym games, basketball, soccer, and floorball (equipment provided).
A party attendant will assist with activities, supervise the guests, and help with cake and presents. The best part? There’s no mess to worry about—the attendant will handle the cleanup!
Details:
- Clean, non-marking shoes are required for gymnasium parties.

| Skating or Hockey Party |
|
Your child will enjoy one hour in a party room with a party attendant and one hour of ice skating fun!
A party attendant will assist with activities, supervise the guests, and help with cake and presents. The best part? There’s no mess—the attendant will take care of the cleanup!
Details:
- A dressing room will be assigned to your party.
- Skates are mandatory for everyone on the ice.
- Helmets, warm clothing, and gloves or mittens are strongly recommended.
- Hockey is allowed as long as everyone on the ice surface is playing and wearing hockey equipment.
- Ice will be cleared at the 50-minute mark for resurfacing.

- The booking adult is responsible for all party guests during the scheduled party
- The consumption, sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages is prohibited during birthday parties.
- Access will be granted to the party room 15 minutes prior to the scheduled use of space. All attendees must leave the space no more than 15 minutes after the party has ended.
- Should you choose to bring decorations, they can not be adhered to the walls. The use of confetti, piñatas, sparklers and silly string are not permitted.
- You will be provided with juice boxes, plates, and napkins for your guests.
- You may bring additional food items. Keep in mind we are not able to transport, store or serve any additional food or beverages. Plates/cups, napkins and cutlery will not be provided for additional food.
- Additional guests will not be permitted to participate in party activities unless accounted for at the time of booking
Optional Pizza Order:
- Should be included at time of party booking
- Cheese and Pepperoni pizza ordered from Dominos
- Large pizzas will be cut into 12 slices
