Welcome to LT-Go On-Demand Transit

Say hello to a new way of getting around Leamington!

The Municipality of Leamington has launched LT-Go on-demand transit service which replaced its previous fixed-route service.

The LT-Go on-demand service differs from conventional transit in that there is no fixed route or schedule, and buses are dispatched on a request-basis. This means more flexibility for our customers as they can book a ride when it’s most convenient for them.

Buses are only dispatched when and where they are needed, considering the shortest possible route. Getting from point A to point B is faster, easier and better for the environment.

Free Transit Rides for Grade 8 Students During March Break - 2025

The Municipality of Leamington is pleased to announce the return of its LT-Go Grade 8 program, a community initiative designed to introduce young residents to the benefits of public transportation. As part of this annual effort, all Grade 8 students in Leamington are eligible to receive a complimentary transit pass for the LT-Go on-demand transit service during the upcoming March Break.

Free Transit Access Details: Grade 8 students will have unlimited access to ride the LT-Go bus at no cost from Friday, March 7, 2025, through to and including Sunday, March 16, 2025.

Transit passes will be delivered to local schools during the week of March 3.

This initiative not only aims to provide students with a convenient travel option during their break but also to encourage the development of independent travel skills among the youth of Leamington. The Municipality is partnering with local schools to distribute transit passes, ensuring easy access for all eligible students.
