Flex Pass

The pass is valid for 10 visits to the Recreation Centre, including the pool, weight room, fitness classes and more. For more information, please visit the front desk or call 519-322-2337. Adult (14+) passes are $70.00+tax, Youth (-13) $42.00 and Senior passes are $55.00+tax.

Drop-in Fees
Non-members of the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre must pay a drop-in fee:
  • Single Visit Fee - Adult (ages 14+): $9.75

  • Single Visit Fee - Senior (ages 65+): $7.75
  • Single Visit Fee - Youth (ages 13 and under) $5.15
Fitness Classes
 Advance registration will be required for group fitness classes, the pool, gym activities and courts.

Child Minding Centre - Closed as of April 19

Important Update: Changes to Child Minding Centre Services

As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible recreational experience, we continuously review our services to ensure they meet the needs of our community.

After thorough evaluation and consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue the Child Minding Centre services at our facility, effective April 19, 2024. This decision follows a consistent decrease in usage over time. Our goal is to allocate resources and space to benefit the widest range of our users and enhance the overall experience at our facility.

Youth Programs 

The Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre has a variety of fun and exciting youth activities for various ages.  Check out our online registration to find out more about current offerings from the Recreation Team and 3rd party service providers.

Day Camps 
The Municipality of Leamington is committed to providing quality sport and recreation programs for children that promote healthy growth and development. Our programs are designed to be age appropriate, safe and fun. To ensure activities are of the highest quality, we incorporate the High Five principles of healthy child development into our Day Camp programs.  All of our counsellors are well trained!  Each counsellor is First Aid/CPR C certified & High Five Trained.  We maintain a 10:1 camper to counsellor ratio!

 

Activities 

Programs include physical activity, outdoor play, ice skating, crafts, cooking, science experiments, field trips, and more!  Our programs are age-specific and aid in promoting creativity, teamwork and friendship.

Registration

Registration should be made in advance for all Day Camp programs. Please note that registrations made on the day of the program are subject to an additional $10.00 fee per child. 

 

First Aid Program and Babysitting Course
The Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre offers First Aid and Babysitting training programs throughout the year.

Corporate First Aid Training

Enroll your workplace employees in training to keep in compliance with health and safety and WSIB requirements. Contact the Centre to arrange Corporate First Aid bookings.

Babysitting Course

Provides basic first aid and care giving skills for youth, ages 11 to 15 years old. 

Please register in advance. Courses will be cancelled if registration numbers do not meet the minimum required.

Financial Assistance
 
Pathway to Potential (P2P)
Pathway to Potential (P2P), Windsor Essex County's Poverty Reduction Strategy, is a network of organizations and people that is focused on the prevention and reduction of poverty in our region. P2P engages the community to identify and remove barriers to social and economic resources. 

Funding available for all ages!  Most Programs and Memberships are eligible for those who qualify. Funding cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

To register. Please contact 519-322-2337. Funding is not always available. Funding for eligible programs may change without notice. You must have proper forms from Canada Customs and Revenue to ensure eligibility. 

Canadian Tire Jumpstart

Canadian Tire Jumpstart Funding is available for eligible families to receive assistance with program registration costs.

  • Proof of household income must be shown to determine eligibility
  • Youth ages 4-18 years are eligible
  • Registration is first come, first serve.  Limited funding available. 

Funding for eligible programs may change without notice and is not always available. 

Refund Policy

Does not apply to subsidized registrations.

Refunds will be processed upon written request for facility bookings, program registrations and memberships in accordance with the following policy:

  • A full refund will be made upon cancellation of a class or activity by the Municipality of Leamington.  Refunds will not be possible in the event of an unexpected situation such as inclement weather, power failure, building evacuation, mechanical difficulties, or emergency pool maintenance (inclusive of pool fouling).  
  • The Municipality of Leamington reserves the right to close the facility for maintenance or repairs.
  • Requests for refunds must be received in writing prior to the 3rd class of the session or before the expiry date of a membership.  Refunds are calculated based on the date the Refund Request Form is submitted for consideration and the amount refunded will be prorated based on number of classes that have occurred or time already used.
  • A Doctor's note must accompany any request for refund to memberships.
  • Refunds for programs will be charged an Administration Fee of $15.00.
  • Refunds for memberships will be charged an Administration Fee of $25.00.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of refunds.
  • "Make-up Classes" are not available for missed classes.
  • Non-attendance and notification to an instructor does not constitute a notice of withdrawal.

The Municipality of Leamington reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, so please register early. 

Transfers

  • Requests for transfers are based on class availability.
  • Requests for transfers can be made at the front desk.
Municipal Staff Membership

This form is for use when employees or retirees of the Municipality are requesting to purchase a membership for the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre. Those eligible for memberships include:

  • Current full-time employees
  • Fire Services employees
  • Spouse/Partner of current full-time employees with a membership
  • Retirees who retired from full-time service with the Municipality

Part-time employees and retirees of Leamington Police Services are not eligible for Municipal membership rates.
