Welcome to the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre

The Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre is a multi-use facility providing Leamington and surrounding communities with a variety of recreational opportunities all under one roof. The Centre is a place for people of all ages to gather for sports, fitness, meetings, and community events. 

Originally known as the Frank T. Sherk Aquatic and Fitness Centre, 'The Sherk' opened in 1985 and the twin pad Highbury Canco and Unico Arenas were adjoined in 2000 to form The Leamington Kinsmen Recreation Complex. A world class 179,000 square foot facility. 

In May 2020, a new partnership with the Municipality of Leamington was formed. New sponsorship and naming rights were approved for the Complex to be named the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre, in turn, helping support all the programs and activities offered at this great building.

Electronic Device Policy
Patrons wishing to use photographic/video recording devices in any registered or supervised program must receive permission from the Municipality of Leamington. The use of all cell phones, or any devices designed to take photographs, is prohibited in all change rooms, washrooms, and weight room areas in all Leamington municipal facilities.
Photography Policy for Advertising and Media Purposes
By participating in public events held in conjunction with the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre/Department of Culture & Recreation Services, all participants grant the Municipality of Leamington the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use photographs in any manner deemed appropriate.  This usage includes, but is not limited to, the internet and all other advertising materials.  Participant's photo/name could be used for public information without additional consideration or compensation.
Appropriate Behaviours Policy
The NFFRC exists to provide residents with opportunities to participate in sport and other recreational activities in a safe and positive environment.  The Municipality of Leamington will not tolerate indecency, violence or vandalism in its programs, facilities or properties, and will take the appropriate action where necessary to deal with these incidents.
 Email Consent Policy
By providing your email address to the Municipality, you consent to receiving emails about recreation programs and events, any service disruptions, closures and surveys.
