- Held a Public Meeting under the Drainage Act to consider adopting a report titled “Leamington Bridge Cost Sharing for Existing Access Structures Within Municipal Drains” provided by Rood Engineering. A Court of Revision will be held in the next few weeks and affected property owners will be notified via mail.

Temporary Intersection Closure – Sherk Street & Ellison AvenuePaving work on Sherk Street is scheduled to begin Thursday, November 20, 2025, as part of the ongoing area sewer separation and road reconstruction project.
To safely complete this work, the intersection of Sherk Street and Ellison Avenue will be closed for the day, following the morning bus routes.

New Blue Recycling Carts Being Delivered – Do Not Use Until January 2026New blue recycling carts have begun being delivered to Leamington residents this week as part of the region’s transition to a single-stream recycling system, effective January 1, 2026.
Please note that the new carts are for recycling only and cannot be used until the new system begins.
