Council Matters – February 11, 2025At the Leamington Council meeting of February 11, 2025, Council:
- Approved a by-law to rezone a portion of 409 Talbot Street West to allow for a liquid soil reuse facility.
- Authorized severing 376 square metres of land, to be added to the adjacent property at 479 Talbot Road East.

Council Matters – January 28, 2025At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, January 28, 2025, Council:
- Approved a By-law to rezone the consolidated lands at 731 County Road 14 from an Agricultural Residential Zone and an Agricultural Hobby Farm Zone to Agricultural General.
- Adopted an engineer’s report regarding a new access bridge over the Big Creek Drain 8th Concession Branch, authorized the works to be tendered, and approved the scheduling of a Court of Revision.

Cat Spay and Neuter Voucher Program Launches February 10The Municipality of Leamington, in collaboration with veterinary hospitals and clinics in the Windsor-Essex region, is pleased to offer a Cat Spay and Neuter Voucher Program, beginning on Monday, February 10, 2025.
In an effort to reduce the number of stray cats in Leamington, vouchers valued at $150 will be issued to spay and neuter cats.
